新型コロナ感染症禍が始まった2020年春、不運にも感染を経験した方を世間はどう受け止めるだろう、という素朴な疑問から実施した私たちの調査が大きな注目を集めました。そこで示された「日本人は他国の人々よりも「感染は自業自得」と受け止めやすい」という結果の原因は、その後もデータを取り続けながら慎重に検討中です。本研究で「とにかくルールは遵守すべき」という思いとの関連が見いだされたことは、大きな手がかりとなりそうです。（三浦麻子　教授）
