本研究は、男性における多量飲酒と腎機能低下の関連について、新たな示唆を得る結果となりました。一方で、女性では飲酒者が少なかったことから、十分な検討ができませんでした。今後は、女性における多量飲酒と腎機能との関係について、さらなる研究が求められます。
